I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and was blown away by its location in a quiet side street near all the main attractions. The service provided was definitely a highlight of my stay. The rooms were outstanding, with every detail well thought out. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private terrace. the facility was beautiful and the service was fantastic. the breakfast had gluten-free options and the valet parking was prompt.
The coffee machine in our room wasn't working well and the room service was stingy with the coffee pods. the rooms facing the street could get a bit noisy.

This charming hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring the historic area, conveniently situated within walking distance of many popular attractions. The Arenal area offers an abundance of tapas bars and restaurants to choose from. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with spacious, well-equipped bathrooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring your every need is met. Breakfast is top-notch, with a wide selection to choose from.
The only minor flaw would be the lack of privacy on some of the balconies.
